Refund & Cancellation Policy — The IPM Labs

1. No refunds. Once payment is made and enrollment is confirmed, fees are non-refundable and enrollment cannot be cancelled. Each batch is limited to 25 seats, and your seat is reserved exclusively for you the moment you enrol.

2. Decide before you pay. We encourage every student and parent to book a free session with us before enrolling — meet the mentor, understand the program, and ask anything. Enrol only when you're sure.

3. Duplicate or failed payments. If you are charged more than once, or money is deducted but enrollment is not activated, write to us with the payment reference and we will refund the excess/failed amount within 7–10 working days.

4. Misconduct. Access terminated for violation of our Terms of Use (content piracy, account sharing, misconduct) does not qualify for any refund.
